A$AP Mob ft. Flatbush Zombies : Bath Salt

Track artwork

Let’s face it, a rap track named “Bath Salt” in 2012 was never going to be about a relaxing soak in the tub, and it sure as shit ain’t a public health warning about the dangers of the latest designer drug craze to sweep America either. This P On The Boards-produced banger is the first single to be taken from Lord$ Never Worry, the debut mixtape from A$AP Mob, and features guest verses from Brooklyn’s Flatbush Zombies; the album will be available to download free from LiveMixtapes.com on August 28, a fortnight before the Harlem collective’s de facto leader A$AP Rocky drops his sophomore full-length LongLiveA$AP.

My name is Michael Dix; I'm a decade or so past being down with the kids, but to me new music never gets old. Apparently I like music that sounds like faulty kitchen appliances and ritual slaughter; really I just like what I like, whether that happens to be indie, pop, punk, hip hop, metal, electronica, Afrobeat or jazz. Follow me on Twitter @FoamHandsBlog to receive notifications of new posts and the occasional random brain-fart, and please share links wherever you can. Enjoy!
